IT help desk support is a varied function in which, after a training period, you will be handling the helpdesk for our Belgian establishment and its foreign offices as well in person, by telephone as electronically. Answering technical questions from users, registering these questions in the help desk system and independently finalizing these problems will be your main tasks. If possible, you will pass by personally for support and for questions that are more difficult, you will consult with you colleagues, who will assist you when necessary.
Apart from this helpdesk function, you will perform various technical activities, including: installation and maintenance of workstations and peripheral equipment, registration of existing and new equipment, maintenance of the printer fleet, daily system management, user management, documentation of procedures, writing of manuals and execution of the back-up procedure.

As Project Manager you oversee the total execution (technical, operational and financial aspects) of the projects assigned to you.
During the engineering stage, you draw up the technical design (basic and detailed) and the planning according to the specifications of the customer and the current standards.
During the operational stage, you are responsible for the coordination and supervision of all project-related activities, i.e. maintaining contact with all parties, controlling the budgets, quality and realisation terms.
You draw up project-related price inquiries to contractors and suppliers and you draw up the technical evaluation.

You are responsible for drawing up and managing the assigned proposal files for our Water Technologies. Main focus will be on large municipal waste water treatment projects (DBO,DBOOT,..) and water re-use.

As an Instrumentation Engineer you have following responsibilities:
During the commercial stage of the project: - Drawing up the instrument list - Price calculation and choice of material on the basis of the tender documents, P&ID and instrument list
